Jengkol Goreng Kecap salah satu masakan Indonesia yang pembuatannya terbilang mudah, ikuti langkah-langkah di bawah ini agar Jengkol Goreng Kecap terasa lebih nikmat + menghilangkan bau tak sedap.

Step 1

Rebus Jengkol kurang lebih 30 menit agar Jengkol menjadi empuk, tambahkan juga 1 sdt bubuk kopi untuk menghilangkan baunya. Selanjutnya, bersihkan Jengkol.

Step 2

Iris Bawang Merah dengan bentuk sesuai selera. Iris Bawang Putih dengan bentuk sesuai selera. Iris Cabe Rawit dengan bentuk sesuai selera. Iris Lengkuas dengan bentuk sesuai selera. Iris Bawang Daun hingga kecil-kecil. Iris Tomat dengan bentuk sesuai selera.

Step 3

Memarkan Serai dan ikat Serai agar tidak berantakan saat dimasak nanti.

Step 4

Potong Jengkol dengan bentuk sesuai selera.

Step 5

Goreng Jengkol dan aduk-aduk agar merata, lalu tiriskan jika Jengkol sudah menguning dan matang kemudian tiriskan.

Step 6

Sekarang saatnya menumis, tumislah Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, dan Cabai Rawit hingga wangi dan sedikit matang. Kemudian masukkan Lengkuas, Serai, Tomat, dan Bawang Daun. Aduk hingga semuanya layu dan matang.

Step 7

Setelah semuanya layu, tangkan 1 gelas air. Tunggu beberapa saat lalu masukkan Gula Merah dan Gula Putih. Setelah Gula Merah dan Gula Putih merata, tambahkan Daun Salam kemudian aduk lagi hingga merata.

Step 8

Tambahkan Air ke dalam Wajan dan tunggu hingga beberapa saat lalu masukkan Jengkol. Tunggu hingga airnya berkurang. Setelah airnya sedikit berkurang maka tambahkan kecap sesuai selera.

Step 9

Tambah Penyedap Rasa & Garam. Aduk hingga benar-benar merata kemudian tuangkan penyedap rasa dan Garam yang sudah disiapkan. Jangan lupa untuk diaduk hingga merata dan tunggu sampai airnya berkurang lagi sedikit. Setelah airnya sudah berkurang dan mulai mengental sedikit, maka Jengkol Goreng Kecap siap untuk dihidangkan.

Informasi Tambahan

Tingkat kemanisan bisa ditentukan oleh jumlah Kecap yang digunakan, tuangkan Kecap ke dalam Wajan sesuai selera Anda dan keluarga. Selamat menikmati :)
